• Technical Course or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or related field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar functions:
• Experience with monitoring the tasks that store employees carry out;
• Capacity to analyze situations and strong curiosity to understand the causes of possible problems;
• Knowledge of processes and support for retail stores or similar;
• Dynamism, organizational and communication skills;
• Capacity for creativity and innovation;
• Drivers licence (mandatory);
• Good English level.
