Description

• Support company in the definition of business requirements and translate those requirements into IT solutions (always with the objective of providing the best solutions);
• Demonstrable proactivity to understand business scope, find IT solutions, manage different stakeholders, plan and schedule tasks to achieve project deadlines;
• Plan and run business blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients;
• Technical design of industrial solutions (design of processes, applications solution, integration with the different systems across the remaining landscape, information flows, etc);
• Assist the software development team in the software releases and testing phase for all new implementations and projects releases;
• Execute and maintain test plans, scenarios, and scripts for software releases;
• Provide Solution Documentation for the business processes and the information systems;
• Provide End Users training and support;
• Perform daily analysis of the applications to ensure total availability of "production" systems for the users and anticipate potential problems that can affect the business;
• Provide support across all Industrial business processes;
• Ensure customer incidents are tracked and solved in a timely manner;
• Support software roll outs (new implementations and releases).

Profile

• Master or College Degree in Engineering / Management / Management Information Systems;
• Minimum 3 years' experience in SAP implementation projects (PP, QM, PM, MM, SD modules), in industrial business companies (development, quality assurance and support);
• Ability to lead projects and teams;
• Fluent Portuguese and English allowing for working in international environment (Spanish will be considered an advantage).
