Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, Management Informatics or equivalent;
• Minimium 1 year of experience in support or similar roles;
• Knowledge of ITIL / ISO-20000;
• Previous contact with ticketing systems;
• Ability to identify and solve user problems;
• Autonomy, proactivity and team spirit;
• Customer oriented;
• Fluent in english
