Responsibilities:

• Act as a core member of the distributed IT SAP PP / PM application team, responsible for support and enhancements projects in a complex and integrated IT landscape in Production Planning and Plant Maintenance 
• 50% Daily incident solving in SAP PP / PM (2nd level support EU and global 3rd level Support), 50% project work within a global team
• Collaborate with the central and other regional SAP PP / PM team as well as with other functional IT Team or 3rd party applications/vendors
• Map requirements, processes and objectives, develop necessary PP / PM solutions to satisfy business requirements; identify and implement solutions
• Clarify requirements, processes and timelines of requests from internal customers
• Initiate and drive the implementation of improvement projects and coordinate the activities with internal customers
• Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and lift the processes to the next level
• Participate in global improvement activities like process mining, robotics and process automation as well as support the global SAP rollouts 
• Participation in the development of a global key user community mainly with feedback from the support experience

Requirements:

• 5+ years working in SAP PP / PM area, preferably with experience implementing large-scale complex ERP initiatives on a global / enterprise level
• High level of commitment, responsibility, self motivation and organization
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP PP / PM and hands-on configuration experience
• Knowledge of the integration points between PP, PM and FI/CO
• SAP S/4 HANA knowledge is a plus
• Willingness to travel (25% of the time in first months, 10% of the time after)
• Fluent in English (mandatory), German skills are a plus
