Experience Level:

·3 Years’ experience in similar activity.

Principal Job Activities and Responsibilities:

• Recruiting role: Jobshops, 1st interviews, reporting
• Streamlining of Recruitment actions
• Onboarding role: welcome new employees
• Administrative support in HR processes
• Internship Application Management

Soft Skills:

• Aptitude in communicating and a good interpersonal relationship skill set
• Good personal presentation
• Motivation to achieve individual and team goals
• Sense of responsibility and autonomy
• Entrepreneur and proactive
• Availability to travel (within and outside the country)

Hard Skills:

• Degree in HR Management
• 3 years of experience on hiring for IT companies (preferred)
• Fluency in written and oral English and Portuguese
• knowledge in Spanish is valued
• Experience in a consulting environment is valued
