The HR Systems Manager will be responsible for:

-Act as the system administrator for SAP SuccessFactors HCM Cloud Solution;
-Troubleshoot system issues and fix from end to end;
-Develop system procedures and documentation, and train users on new processes and functionality;
-Assist in the development of change management, communication and training plans;
-Identify, assess, and solve SuccessFactors integration requirements with external applications across IT and Finance functional areas.



requisitos/requirements
-University Degree or equivalent.
-SAP Certified Application Professional – Cloud HCM Employee Central.
-3 years of experience configuring and implementing SAP Success Factors (at least 2 full cycle implementations).
-Experience with performance management, learning management, recruitment, compensation and benefits;
-Fluent in English.
-Generally, occasional travel required for stakeholder engagement and key meetings.
-More frequent travel required during deployment phases.
