The HR Systems Manager will be responsible for:

-Act as the system administrator for SAP SuccessFactors HCM Cloud Solution, managing data and business processes configuration, security, authorisations, mass structure changes and uploads
-Troubleshoot system issues and fix from end to end
-Develop system procedures and documentation, and train users on new processes and functionality
-Ensure the highest level of confidentiality is maintained in the treatment of personal data
-Assist in the development of change management, communication and training plans.
-Identify, assess, and solve SuccessFactors integration requirements with external applications across IT and Finance functional areas – partner with external vendors to define, test and validate integration solutions



requisitos/requirements
-University Degree or equivalent.
-SAP Certified Application Professional – Cloud HCM Employee Central.
-3 years of experience configuring and implementing SAP Success Factors (at least 2 full cycle implementations).
-Experience with hire to retire (H2R) processes, including performance management, learning management, recruitment, compensation and benefits.
-Fluency in verbal and written English.
-Generally, occasional travel required for stakeholder engagement and key meetings.
-More frequent travel required during deployment phases.
