The role will involve the designing, building, testing and running / scheduling of reports across the organisation, ensuring that regular HR reporting processes happen on time and to a required high standard. It also involves taking proactive action to fix data issues and support the governance and audit processes. As the senior member of the team you will also be expected to help test system upgrades and support with the proactive management of data security and integrity.



requisitos/requirements
-University Degree or equivalent.

-Strong familiarity with HR technology and reporting
-Experience of HR analysis & understanding of HR, Payroll and Finance business processes
-Good knowledge of cyclical HR processes e.g. employee surveys, succession management, year-end compensation
-Experience in the following areas: HR Systems (SAP, Oracle, or Workday), Excel, MS Sharepoint & Teams
-Experience of working with stakeholders in different countries
-Experience of managing projects and initiatives with successful results
-Ability to analyse complex data sets for gaps, inconsistency and errors
-Analytical ability, as evidenced by the proven ability to interpret data in lay language

-Fluency in verbal and written English.

Travel requirements
-Generally, occasional travel required for stakeholder engagement and key meetings.
