Requirements:
- 1 + years of experience in HR, (HR+experience as an operation manager is a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Skills in candidates search and selection (direct search and headhunting are a huge plus)
- Ability to full-cycle recruitment process smoothly and quickly
- Understanding of IT domain specifics and job market
- Experience in communication with foreign clients
- Upper-Intermediate level of written and conversational English;
- Personal qualities:
- A self-driven person, who is able to manage own time and priorities and work in a multitask mode
- Excellent communicator with good presentation skills, positive and result-oriented attitude
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting different Technology and Non-technology positions (Trainee-Middle Level) and participating in all stages of the recruiting process;
- Searching and selection, including active search and headhunting;
- Conducting HR interviews followed by written and oral candidates’ evaluation and presentation;
- Organizing onboarding and support during the trial period (first day, first week, first month);
- Explaining company policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees;
- Operational tasks (Purchase of software equipment, documentary support, etc);
