Arquiconsult, a specialized consultancy company, in Microsoft Management Systems implementation, seeks HR Consultant (Payroll) for its implementation team.

Requirements

Degree in Management and/or Human Resource Management

1 to 2 years minimum experience working in a consulting environment

Knowledge of national labor legislation

Experience in Payroll Systems implementation - Preference Dynamics NAV (Business Central / Navision)

1 to 2 years minimum activity on Payroll

Communication skills

Ability to communicate with customers

Analytical ability in the search for solutions

Teamwork

Resilience and adaptability

Dynamism, ambition, and delivery

Willingness to travel

English (spoken and written)

Spanish (it is a valued factor, but not an exclusion factor)
