Dellent is seeking an HP Service Manager Consultant (HPSM) for a long-term engagement with our customer in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for HP Service Manager administration, configuration, and customisation and HP Connect-IT Integration development. 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Expertise in HP Service Manager 9.x tailoring and customisation;
• Implementation and Administration of HP Service Manager 9.3/9.4/9.5;
• End-to-End upgrade of Service Manager system to latest versions;
• Technical solution design for SC/SM modules;
• Customisation and Tailoring experience of Service Desk, Incident Management and Change Management, Request Management, Service Catalog;
• Experience in Java Scripting and SOAP and REST Web services;
• Intermediate skills document modelling standards; develop models according to standards.
