We are now looking for a Helpdesk Trainee willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team.

 

Are you the one?

  • Basic Knowledge in office 365/Azure is mandatory
  • Team spirit, pro activity, and willingness to learn
  • Knowledge and ability to perform troubleshooting: Software and hardware
  • Know how to do troubleshooting and configuration on office apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Know how in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
  • Knowledge in hardware and software (windows)
