ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Helpdesk Technician to join our Support Systems team.

A typical day of the Support Systems team goes through the support and maintenance of the company's hardware / software and Helpdesk support, either in person or remote, to ensure our colleagues have the best conditions to perform their tasks. You will also collaborate with IT Support team in the management of the computer park and the selection / acquisition of equipment.

THE NEXT XPANDER SHOULD HAVE…

  • High School Level;
  • 1 year of experience in Helpdesk and IT support:
    • Hardware, software and network troubleshooting;
    • Install and configure operating systems;
    • On-site, remote and telephone technical support;
    • User experience with ticketing tools (eg Jira Service Desk, OTRS, Remedy, Zendesk, etc ...)
  • Motivated, innovative, excelent communication skills and team player;
  • It´s a plus if you have knowledge in:
    • Suite Atlassian (Jira or Confluence)
    • Office 365 (administration and usage)
    • Linux administration
    • Fluent in English
