Stefanini is hiring 1 Helpdesk Technician to join one of our main clients operating in Lisbon.
This client operates in the banking business sector, and they're looking for one Helpdesk Technician to join their current team. 

This role includes the following responsibilities:
•    First level of request analysis and path definition;
•    Assure that service is performed as requested and according the service level agreement;
•    Guarantee escalation process;
•    Assure the best performance of the team, choosing the correct technical skills according the complexity of the client request;
•    Ensure the presence in the operational meetings;
•    Assure that the escalation process will be active whenever needed;
•    Prepare daily work and run schedules;
•    Oversee all communications within specifically assigned territories;
•    Monitor personnel and/or equipment locations and utilization in order to coordinate service and schedules;
•    Prepare reports on  a daily basis

Work model:
This role takes place remotely but candidates must be Lisbon based, as they’re expected to be present in the office in the near future.
Work Schedule: business days, from 8:30 am to 5:30pm

This client is considering candidates with the following profile:
•    Multivendor/Dispatching Skills
•    Support of administrative activities and tasks related with the Platform services;
•    Expert in Microsoft Windows operating systems (W8, W10) and MS Office on user perspective;
•    Experience with supporting clients as a first and second level support with the investigations to find the root cause of the issue and solve it;
•    Capacity for relationship with the client;
•    Team leadership capacity;
•    Teamwork Capability;
•    Experience minimum 4 years working as team coordination.

Nice-to-have factors:
•    Previous experience with banking clients
•    Spanish fluency
