Helpdesk Technician (On-Site) @ Noesis Portugal

Description

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Provide end user IT support in a large scale end-user environment.
  • Remote Support & In person/On desk support.
  • Perform installations, configurations, upgrade tasks, basic repairs and troubleshoot laptop/desktop and workstations, resolve minor to major hardware, software and networking issues.
  • Support and troubleshooting of printers, copiers and fax machines.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an helpdesk technician or other customer support role;
  • Minimum of five years of working Experience in IT related support tasks;
  • Familiar with LAN/WAN/Datacenter environments;
  • Hands on experience using and/or troubleshooting Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Mac OS.
  • Experience with Microsoft technology and products (Advanced Excel, windows, SharePoint, Active Directory, Basic SCCM understanding, imaging tools, Outlook-exchange) in a support environment;
  • Experience with Active Directory user, group and policy administration.
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products;
  • Solid English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Availability for predominantly in-office work
