Because we aspire to do more and better, we are looking for a  Helpdesk Technician to integrate our Client internal team, based in Lisbon. 


Your main responsibility:

  •  Provide service and customer support.


You must have:

  • Experience in service desk related functions (off-site support)
  • 12th grade level (mandatory);
  • Fluency in English (not mandatory);
  • Experience in user support (Service Desk - remote support)
  • Available to work on shifts;
  • Knowledge of Active Directory;
  • Occasional field support service, on-site
