Description
We are looking for someone that could work on the following practices inside of Digital Success Workplace:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Video conference and event support (Zoom)
- LAN and WAN connectivity troubleshooting
- Support in hardware assets logistics;
- Gathering feedback from end users and support in building new business cases
- Support for other departments in opening new offices across the globe;
- Setup and maintenance of digital workplace technologies across all client offices globally; e.g.:
- Biometrics systems;
- Printers;
- Virtual/physical phones;
- Digital Whiteboards;
Requirements:
- Technical background, both in software as in end user hardware;
- Experience in Google Suite;
- Experience in conferencing technologies (Zoom, Google Meets);
- Experience in Audio and Video is a plus;
- Experience in Mac and/or Windows;
- Curious about new technologies; proactively searching the market for solutions
- Solid English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Availability for traveling and for predominantly in-office work
