Principais responsabilidades
- Diagnose errors / problems on computers provided by the company and provide technical support
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network
- Train end users in how to use new technology
- Install, configure and perform software upgrades and install and configure operating systems on computers provided by the company
- Diagnose and repair computer hardware provided by the company, such as keyboards, mice, monitors and printers
- Provide technical support to end users via phone, internet or via remote control software
- Support computers of end users, about the diagnosis and solution of complex problems
- Establish and maintain a knowledge base up-to-date on incidents resolutions
- Entering tickets into the system, and tracking to completion
- Triage tickets and assigning priorities
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
- Assign more complex issues to appropriate staff
- Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
Perfil desejado
- Good telephone and interpersonal skills. Able to keep calm under pressure
- Diploma from technical school
- One to two years experience
