Principais responsabilidades

  • Diagnose errors / problems on computers provided by the company and provide technical support
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software and network
  • Train end users in how to use new technology
  • Install, configure and perform software upgrades and install and configure operating systems on computers provided by the company
  • Diagnose and repair computer hardware provided by the company, such as keyboards, mice, monitors and printers
  • Provide technical support to end users via phone, internet or via remote control software
  • Support computers of end users, about the diagnosis and solution of complex problems
  • Establish and maintain a knowledge base up-to-date on incidents resolutions
  • Entering tickets into the system, and tracking to completion
  • Triage tickets and assigning priorities
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
  • Assign more complex issues to appropriate staff
  • Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues

Perfil desejado

  • Good telephone and interpersonal skills. Able to keep calm under pressure
  • Diploma from technical school
  • One to two years experience
