Because we aspire to do more and better, we are looking for a Helpdesk Technician to integrate our clients team, based in Guimarães. The Technicians main responsibility is to provide service and costumer support. 


Your responsibilities include: 
- Provide remote customer support 
- Provide remote support via Telephone as well as on-premises support if needed 
- Registering tickets in a ticketing tool  
- User management in Active Directory environment 
- Management of accesses to corporate tools and file servers 
- Forward incidents to other specialised teams 
- Providing service and customer support on-site 
- Troubleshooting network and hardware related problems 
- Support printers, scanners and faxes
- Configuration and deployment of workstations 

You must have: 
• Good knowledge of English 
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory 
• Knowledge of Microsoft and Linux operating systems 
• Prior work experience as a helpdesk
