You must have:

  • 12th grade
  • Minimum experience of 2 years;
  • Experience of Microsoft and Linux systems;
  • Experience in Active Directory;
  • Microsoft certifications will be valued;
  • Knowledge in Networking;
  • English

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide local and remote support;
  • Ticketing work;
  • User management in AD environment;
  • Troubleshooting network and hardware related problems;
  • Configuration and deployment of workstations
