What are we looking for?

  • Solid experience with Helpdesk functions;
  • Knowledge in Windows (mandatory);
  • knowledge in Apple (plus);
  • Experience in troubleshooting of software and hardware;
  • Fluency in English, French and Portuguese (mandatory);
