Altran is searching for a Helpdesk Professional in Fundão.

Your role:

- Support users;

- Check backups;

- Make updates, patches or configuration changes in the operating systems (Workstations);

- Install and configure new hardware and software, including the entry of new employees;

- Perform the operation of user accounts and passwords;

- Support commercial operations, if necessary, and in specific projects.

Your profile:

- Higher education in IT areas;

- At least 1 year of experience in user support (helpdesk);

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems;

- Knowledge of Hardware, Network Protocols, Microsoft Office, Antivirus;

- Good knowledge of English (mandatory);

- Good knowledge of French (optional).
