Eugster & Frismag, Eletrodomésticos Lda, production site in Torres Vedras, is recruiting a Help Desk IT to reinforce its local IT-Team for ensure  1st level assistance and customer satisfaction.
 

Essential Tecnhical Skills & Experience

- Excellent communication skills, both in written and spoken Portuguese and English ( German it is a preferencial)

- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products

- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues

- Customer -oriented and cool-tempered

- Experience using ERP systems, understanding SQL Database it is valorised
