Innotech is currently recruiting a Head of Software Quality with the following profile:

Must Have:

• Knowledge and proven experience on continuous delivery, testing and quality assurances systems and ecosystems;
• Experience in setting up modern Agile Quality Assurance methodologies;
• Experience in Continuous Integration and Delivery, as well as with test automation at scale;
• Collaborate in the definition of CI/CD practices;
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and how they enable competitive advantages for businesses. 

Nice to Have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar;
• Experience in managing and monitoring strategic relationships with key vendors.

Soft Skills:

• Strategic mindset and an high level of creativity and ability to think-out-of-the-box.

Responsibilities:

• Provide deep technical expertise in the operational areas of testing with focus on agility, speed, quality, usability, automation, cost control, client satisfaction and security;
• Assign, recruit, and support career development of team members.
