What we need is someone who knows PHP inside out, knows MySQL as the back of their hand, enjoys going around systems and finding how they tick. It must also have experience in leadership and management positions, and be quite a creative person.

Description

• Degree in Computer Science and Informatics (Master is a Plus)
• 5+ years in PHP 5 and 7 (8 is a plus)
• 5+ years in MySQL 5.7 (8.x is a plus)
• 3+ years experience in linux environment, preferably as an operator/administrator
• 2+ years experience in Golang
• 2+ years experience in AWS
• 2+ years experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes
• 2+ years experience with Agile methodologies
• 1+ year of experience with JIRA

Profile

• 5+ Years as Team Leader (above positions, such as director of engineering or head of engineering are a plus)
• Experience as system administrator or knowledge of system administration.
• Great english skills
• Product skills are a plus (Product design, product management)
• Communication skills are a must
• Client understanding is a must
• KPI management and presentation is a plus
• Team management skills is a must (such as feedback talks, 1 on 1 reviews, etc), administrative wise is a plus (such as vacation handling, sick leave, etc)
