Principais responsabilidades

- Member of the IT Leadership team reporting to Chief Information Officer
- Responsible for all technologies required by GBS function to ensure quality services, efficiencies and automation. These currently include SAP, Business Intelligence (based on MS Azure), Winshuttle, Blue Prism RPA, Emagia, Blackline & Brainware.
- Responsible for technologies that support future processes that may move to GBS including HR and Order Management. Technologies include Workday.
- Working with head of GBS and broader IT team define the technology roadmap for GBS, including how we leverage RPA & Machine Learning to achieve world class levels of automation & quality.
- Global Responsibility for SAP & BI products including support, development and future roadmap. This will include the journey to SAP S/4 Hana.
- Lead both internal and external teams.
- Manage budgets for ongoing operational expense and projects.
- Act as overall IT leader in Lisbon, taking responsibility for resources with remote managers.
- Vendor and contract management.
- Creation and Delivery of SLA's.
