Description:

We are looking for a Head of Engineering capable of leading our engineering team. You will contribute to the architecture of the product, participating in feature and implementation discussions, and coordinate with the rest of the team.

Responsabilities

Write reusable, testable, and efficient code
•Architect low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
•Model, design and implement databases as necessary
•Guarantee security compliance and data protection strategies
•Understand and predict the needs of our customers
•Anticipate, plan, and effectively work to solve future challenges

 As a leader you will:
•Guide the engineering team
•Serve as mentor to the team members
•Lead recruiting activities of the engineering department
•Define the strategy of the technology supporting the business

Requirements
•Degree in Computer Science, IT or relevant field
•8+ years’ experience developing web applications
•2+ years’ experience leading a small team
•Understanding of the software development
