CHALLENGE:

As Head of Development & PMO IT you will provide strategic direction and leadership to the execution of Parfois´ Online Development Projects.

You will drive development and innovation in our Web, APP, Mobile Platform (Salesforce) and with our Internal Systems for Digital/Omnichannel projects, working with key functions across the organisation, external partners, and internal Team, to lead the implementation of initiatives for the development of Parfois’ E-Commerce Operation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Driving and managing innovation and the development of Parfois’ Online Platforms, while assuring business alignment
• Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables
• Analysing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation
• Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards and specifications
• Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines
• Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification

PROFILE:

• Degree in engineering, business or other relevant discipline
• Experience in salesforce ( Ecommerce, Making Cloud and Service Cloud) 2-3 years
• 8-10 years relevant work experience, preferably in Retail
• Self-starter, creative problem solver with the ability to manage and drive accountability with cross functional partners.
• Ability to build robust plans and execute with speed, while communicating clear priorities
• Ability to build strong working relationships across functions and influence decisions
• Strong working knowledge in MS Office
• Fluent in English. Spanish is preferred
