CIPHER is the Cybersecurity division of the Prosegur Group, and we are looking for a GRC Manager for Cipher EMEA to be responsible for Governance, Risk and Compliances services and projects.

Main Responsibilities

• Review, control and improvement processes and internal control systems in different companies.
• Development and optimization of risk management models.
• Planning and development internal audit projects.
• Development, management and improvement of regulatory compliance systems.
• Support clients, specifically CISOs in their daily work.
• Quality assurance of the deliverables generated during the projects.
• Leading project teams, in which not all areas will have to be from GRC or EMEA, so technical knowledge in IT and Cybersecurity is highly valued.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree is required.
• 6+ years of work experience in Information Security;
• Previous experience in review, control and improvement of processes and internal control systems in different companies.
• Experience in the preparation and development of corporate risk maps.
• Strong knowledge of in Information Security Management, Compliance and Cybersecurity technologies
• Broad experience and expert understanding of IT Risk Management (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, Information Security and Supply Chain Information Risk Management).
• Strong verbal communication skills that include the capability to clearly articulate thoughts, be persuasive and to deliver presentations and training to all levels of management.
• Team management skills and leadership capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Previous experience working on international and multicultural environments.
• Technical certifications are a plus.
• Languages:
