What skills do you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Golang Developer with a strong focus on Go programming.
• Proficiency in Go programming language.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with database systems, both SQL and NoSQL.
• Familiarity with web frameworks like Gin or Echo is advantageous.
• Understanding of microservices architecture is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Open-source contributions or personal projects in Go are beneficial.
• Fluency in English (technical).

Some of your responsibilities will be:

• Collaborate with software architects and development teams to gather and refine project requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and applications using Go.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Implement and optimize algorithms and data structures for high-performance applications.
• Utilize Go's concurrency features for efficient parallel processing.
• Work with databases, including SQL and NoSQL, for data storage and retrieval.
• Perform code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers when necessary.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Stay updated with Go updates, trends, and best practices.
