Description

  • Leads the design and execution of Global Digital User Experience projects
  • Uses data-driven insights and testing to develop and evolve best-in-class website design, features and functions to improve overall digital conversion depending on business unit objectives
  • Develops a global best practice approach to user experience design and implementation
  • Manages the integration of business objectives, user feedback, analytics and software capabilities into a cohesive global user experience
  • Leverage analytics, insights, design trends and research to recommend and drive user experience enhancements to meet and exceed user expectations and achieve business goals
  • Lead and collaborate in QA and User Acceptance and Experience Testing
  • Evaluate, recommend, and enforce digital and user experience best practices and consistency across platforms and channels
  • Facilitate conceptual design development with project teams
  • Interact with all levels of the organization to provide insight and education regarding user experience and interface usability
  • Establish governance and drive adoption of UX design and usability standards and best practices based on industry trends to ensure consistency across digital touchpoints
  • Create artifacts such as user stories, wireframes, mockups and prototypes to effectively convey product workflow architecture and user experiences to stakeholders
  • Perform usability testing across all digital channels to validate final designs and identify optimization opportunities
  • Develops and encourages members' growth through setting and measuring goals and performance. Rewards and recognizes members who display positive behaviours, obtain results, and meet commitments through personal accountability, using appropriate skills and knowledge

Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields such as business, technology or suitable area of study with comparable work experience
  • Five years digital marketing related experience, including two years of supervision or management of projects and budgets that occurs over a period of time
  • Experience with best in class web browsers, operating systems and devices, including mobile
  • Proven experience managing and delivering enterprise digital user experience initiatives
  • Strong reporting and analytics skills with ability to synthesize complex data points into simple, business-focused recommendations
  • Establishes methods to monitor and improve performance of systems and processes; utilizes specialized techniques for continuous improvement (e.g., Kaizen, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to understand technical information and translate that information to users
  • Understands how financial information is used to guide business decisions; develops accurate financial forecasts; considers decisions from a financial perspective
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and delivering results
  • Experience working with external partners including agencies and contractors
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Able to adapt quickly to changes in plans, goals or objectives and to both create strategic plans and execute tactical program elements
  • Ability to travel including internationally, up to 15 percent of time, occasionally more often
