Oversee internal campaign operations, including Asana tasks/deadlines, list uploads, paid email creation, etc. to support global campaign initiatives and programs
Oversee ongoing vendor and program research that OutSystems can leverage to support demand generation goals
Facilitate cross-functional calls to support global campaign alignment
Support global webinar execution, including event set up on the virtual event platform and working cross-functionally to promote and execute the webinar
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management for the Global Campaigns team’s projects
Reporting and campaign performance analysis as needed
Assist with special projects as assigned
requisitos/requirements
Bachelor's degree required
2-3 years experience within marketing or demand generation-centric roles (B2B marketing experience strongly preferred)
Experience and knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems (Marketo and Salesforce experience) strongly preferred
Experience communicating with and coordinating across multiple stakeholders
Experience executing multiple projects at once
Even Better:
Experience with contract management
Experience with the following tools: Asana, Cvent
