You will be a member of a new team, who are responsible for the implementation and delivery of Enterprise Management (x3) software projects. You will contribute to the successful implementation enterprise-wide Sage software solutions for medium and large companies in compliance with best practices and processes. You will work closely with customer project teams.

You will be directly responsible for the configuration, testing, delivery, documentation and support of parts or the whole solution. You could work on the implementation alone or with with other project team members, participating in design sessions and workshops, in all relevant project meetings and in any knowledge transfer activity with various other project stakeholders, internal and external.

 Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a good knowledge of EM solution, configuration and implementation processes to deliver professional services to our Clients. This will be through hands on project experience but also through self-study;

• Build a good understanding across following areas and core competency – Financial, Distribution and/or manufacturing;

• Participate in technical requirement gathering and workshops. Analyses technical feasibility and propose solutions to meet customer requirements. Research issues and deliver fixes to the customer;

• Setup, configure and test software solutions for customers. Deliver quality work on time and within budget;

• Participate in project status meetings and provide pro-active updates to project managers. Create and maintain project documentation;

• Assist, if needed, partners and expert customers in their implementation efforts;

• Participate in estimation of effort of new projects or changes;

• Lead design or functional reviews;

• Provide leadership and governance when a Project Manager isn't also on site;

• Contribute process improvements through best practices Skills, know-how and experience: Qualifications;

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management or equivalent experience is preferred;

• 3 or plus years in experience delivering software solutions, ERP environment is preferred;

• Strong analytical & time-management skills. Able to gather, analyses and interpret data to aid decision making and use proactively to develop innovative solutions working to challenging timescales;

• Ability to write in a clear, concise and professional manner using appropriate grammar, style and language for the reader. Ability to communicate effectively in a variety of written and verbal formats with a wide range of people

• Ability to break down tasks and estimate work assignments in order to prioritize workload and manage time in a deadline-driven environment with a high level of attention to detail;

• Knowledge in Crystal reports and SQL tools is preferential;

• Knowledge Programming tools is a plus;
