Our client is a leading bank in Europe, and one of the 10th largest banks in the World. It has a presence in 80 countries, with more than 200,000 employees. We’re looking for a Functional Analyst (m/f) that will join our team located in Lisbon.

Monitoring of technical and business developments:

- Ensure the monitoring of technical and business developments of the National Payment Systems (SIBS) and International Payment Systems (MasterCard) with impact on the Bank's Payment Systems;

- Ensure the monitoring and evolution of the applications with the respective suppliers in the Payment Systems component.

Capacity planning and management:

- Organization of project planning with suppliers and IT Project Managers;

-To guarantee the formalization and to ensure the accomplishment of the documentation according to the standard procedures.

Supplier Management:

- Organization of meetings to monitor the planning and management of priorities with suppliers;

- Organization of KPI follow-up steerings and cost control for suppliers.

Reporting:

- Conducts 1st level controls, establishes metrics for evaluating project performance and quality of work, in order to ensure continuous improvement of processes, tools and methodologies used, contributes to the definition of risk mapping, quality plan between other management supports;

- Assures the production of KPI's of monitoring the activity, in line with the Managers of the direction.

Follow-up of projects:

- Performs the study of initiatives, analyzes proposals and carries out pre-research for the development of Projects;

-Coordinates the technical tests with suppliers and internal teams;

-It supports the user tests, privileged interlocutor from the point of view of the information systems, with external entities.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or similar areas;

- 3 years experience in the area of ​​payment systems;

- Fluency in English;

- Knowledge of the payment business:

- Card ; SEPA; Payment Services Directive (PSD2) and International Payment Systems

Technical skills:

- Knowledge in Microsoft Project;

- Use of Altassian work tools (JIRA and Confluence) (preferential factor);

- Knowledge of SQL languages ​​(preferential factor);

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
