What will you do?
- Pinpoint, collect and translate the customer, legal and regulatory requirements into functional specifications (i.e. use cases and support documentation);
- Assist in designing information systems and business processes;
- Modeling data base on functional level;
- Maintain the functional specifications in line with internal standards;
- Analyse, document and artifacts validation;
- Interact with Stakeholders;
- Support the Project Manager in analysis and development related tasks;
- Assist the developers in the implementation by providing clear and unambiguous specifications to enable them to produce quality software that meets defined product requirements;
- Provide clarifications, training and support to the development team during the construction phase;
- Provide clarification and support to the QA team during creation of the test scenarios and testing processes;
What do we expect from you?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Economics;
- Minimum professional experience: 4-5 years;
- Proven experience in functional/business analysis and design in the domain of business process modeling;
- Understand internet and transaction security themes;
- Working knowledge of UML (UseCase, Activity, Sequence...) and BPMN is a plus;
- Basic SQL knowledge;
- Experience with HTML recommended;
- Ability to provide estimates of required workloads;
- Good ability to present and debate issues and solutions;
- Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing;
- A pro-active ‘can-do’ attitude, self-discipline, motivation and team spirit;
- Strong commitment at peak times;
- Flexible in job content and in planning;
- Ability to understand the “big picture” and pay attention to detail;
- Analytical approach, seeing cause-and-effect relationship;
- Excellent written and spoken Portuguese and English.
