Minimum qualifications: 

• Design solutions that meet the intended needs (requirements) and that comply with the organization’s business rules 
• knowledge of the best practices of functional analysis methodology (processes, flows, logical data design, interface design (screens, receipts, files) 
• Enhance opportunities by identifying new software/service to be developed 
• Analyze and decompose complex requirements 
• Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions 
• Validate the functionality of the end product according to the requirement specifications 
• Fluent in English 

Valued qualifications: 

• Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience 
• Experience in the banking sector 
• Other languages is a plus
