About the job

The purpose of the Functional Analyst is to analyse processes and fulfill customer’s needs, and also act as the link between users and the technical team in charge of developing the application.

Our ideal candidate for this role should have a background in functional analysies and a good knowledge in BPMN and UML.

We will rely on you to:

- Be responsible for analyze and evaluate existing systems for performance;

- Be responsible for business analysis and requirements gathering;

- Validate the functionality of the end product according to the requirement specifications;

- Write document requirements, create functional specifications and prepare wireframes/flowcharts;

- Act as the link between users and the technical team in charge of developing the application.

What we're looking for:

- 2 years of experience in functional analysies;

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or similar;

- Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, elaboration of functional documents;

- Good knowledge in BPMN and UML;

- Good knowledge in SQL;

- Experience in agile methodologies;

- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
