Brokehub.Net is a fintech company based in London with a distributed team all around the globe and currently with physical offices in Manila, Philippines and London, England.

We are in the process of opening a new office in Leiria, Portugal with a small development team to help us answer new jobs and client requirements.

Our main product is a Web Application to help clients book and account trades.

We are currently looking for a FullStack/DevOps engineer that will, not only help us on the development but also on operational tasks.

Our Software Ecosystem is the following. We don't expect you to be an expert on all of them, but it helps if you know at least what each one is.

   - On the Back-end we have mostly Java, and a bit of Groovy also

   - On the Front-end we have mostly JSP, Javascript, JQuery, and a bit of Angular also

   - On the Database-end we use both SQL (Sybase) and No-SQL (MongoDB) technologies.

   - We work with GIT, Jira, Jenkins, Resin, Ant, Ivy and XSLT (For reporting)

   - We also have some Maven, Spring, Hibernate and VBA(Excel)

Key Responsibilities:

               - Maintain and continuously improve our legacy system, while at the same time develop new solutions and modules to it.

               - Analyse and implement new processes to help us answer new client requirements and expectations.

               - Perform System Administration tasks as well as release, configure and monitoring on our systems.

Requirements for this position:

               - Bachelor degree/Master on Computer Engineering or similar.

              - Knowledge of Operation tasks in Linux.              

              - Experience in Java development of at least 3 years.

               - We look for a person who is organized, autonomous, creative and problem solver.

               - Fluency and full domain of the English language, both oral and written.

               - Knowledge of Java, databases (SQL or No-SQL) and Web architectures and services.

We also value if you have any of the following:

               - Experience or knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Javascript, JQuery.

               - Experience or knowledge in Angular 2+.

               - Experience working on a multi-national and multi-cultural company.

               - Experience or knowledge in fintech.
