What skills do you need to have:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as Fullstack Developer (Java and Angular 2+).
• Experience in Kafka projects, event driven and microservices architecture.
• Experience in implementing kstream applications in java - group, aggregation, filter, etc.
• Experience with the following technologies: Spring, Springboot, Kafka, Schema Registry, Kafka Stream, Maven, JSON and Avro.
• Experience in the entire development process (requirements, development, testing, integration and deployment).
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools (Scrum / Kanban) (desirable).
• Good level of English - minimum B2 (mandatory).
• Good level of French - minimum B2 (mandatory).

Some of your responsibilities will be:

• Design, development and maintenance of Java applications
• Analysis, programming and testing
• Application of best practices for software development
• Continuous contribution to the improvement of team performance
• Work closely with business users, business analysts, data scientists, data engineers and developers to provide Kafka solutions;
• Ability to apply Kafka's implementing standards;
• Active participation in all phases of the development cycle;
• Lead the design, development and delivery of cutting-edge features for Kafka on Apache Kafka;
• Ensure the best performance, high availability and stability of the solutions developed;
