WE MEASURE THE EARTH for a vast range of applications with such precision that in fact we could observe pretty small changes on the Earth's surface.
 

PROJECT:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Full Stack Developer to join our team based in Coimbra.

The main focus is on developing, maintaining, and updating some of our solutions in the most optimized way.

This position allows for your direct involvement and input in product decision-making processes. Therefore, the ideal candidate should be open to constructive feedback and diverse perspectives, with the ability to effectively articulate their own opinions, needs, and ideas.
 

MAIN ASSIGNMENTS (include but are not limited to the following):

- Work in the development and release of our solutions, mainly WEBGIS and UAV related;

- Contribute to the solution development: sharing ideas about the designing of the solution and programming with web technologies;

- Creating small tools and automate tasks;

- Become an expert in our platforms and tools, and actively contribute to their improvement;
 

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar;

- Fluency in written and spoken English.

Must Have:

- Strong Python skills. JavaScript and other programming languages might be a plus;

- Relational Database modelling and implementation with emphasis on Geographical Databases such as PostgreSQL + PostGIS;

- Strong Linux and command line skills;

- Git;

Nice to Have:

- Experience with GIS;

- Experience with Docker;

- Experience with Django;

- Knowledge of Leaflet;

- Knowledge of Programmatic Image Manipulation;
