Impossible is an innovation agency with top-tier clients and offices in Lisbon, London and San Francisco. We operate as a social enterprise, reinvesting profits back into human development as well as launching and supporting startups. We're looking for a proactive developer for our incubator team.

As part of your job you will:

• Use top technologies and different programming languages to create new and exciting products

• Participate in the ideation and design process

• Build prototypes and MVPs for validation

• Help to align technical constraints with product decisions

• Monitor and optimise performance of production apps

Main requirements:

• Previous experience working with HTML/CSS, Javascript, Node.js and Mongodb

• Proven experience building web apps

• Experience in agile development following software development good practices (including tests, peer reviews, etc)

• In-depth understanding of web technologies and continuous integration tools

• Comfortable with both front-end and server-side technologies

• Ability to work independently with a positive problem-solving attitude and good organizational skills

• Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to propose new ideas and solutions

• Comfortable with English conversations

• Valid work permit or citizenship to work in Portugal
