In a nutshell

DreamShaper is an online Project Based Learning platform used by hundreds of teachers and thousands of students around the globe. Our goal is to help schools and teachers to adapt to the 21st century challenges and for that, we need your help!

Recently, we raised a 2M€ investment round to accelerate our European expansion, and we are looking for an experienced Full-stack developer to help us improve and upgrade our product to face these new challenges coming ahead. 

What you’ll be doing

You will be working with our dev team, creating new features focused on making school better, more interesting, and more rewarding for students and teachers alike. 

DreamShaper is growing and we have to keep up with its growth. You will help build new features and improve the current ones and will surely have an impact on our current architecture evolution (from monolith to microservices).

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building large scale web applications (preferably with VueJS and Symfony PHP, but there are others cool too);

• 1+ years knowledge of servers/infrastructure (preferably AWS/nginx);

• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases;

• Knowledge of modern web application concepts (apis, microservices, spas, serverless, pwas, etc);

• Knowledge of modern workflow tools, such as Docker, Webpack, Grunt, npm, etc;

• Knowledge of agile methodologies (kanban, ci/cd, tdd, etc);

• Constant critical look over our product, code, tools, and processes.
