Qevo – Queue Evolution is a startup that was created with the objective of implementing a new concept that will change forever the way people think and use queue management software, with focus on the democratization of queue systems and in the overall user experience.

Together, the partners and heads of departments, have more than 20 years building innovated, reliable and global solutions for several major players around the world in different segments.

Already with a proven cloud product and some major clients in hands, we are now expanding our operations and continuing to evolve our product with new paradigms and features for the global public.

What we are looking for?

To help us achieve our dreams, we need a Frontend Developer that shares our vision and goals and that loves to build robust and fabulous applications for multiple environments (desktop, mobile, kiosks, smart speakers) with emphasis on well build, robust, optimized, pixel perfect and with improved user experience.

As a Frontend Developer, you will:

• Design and develop new products and features
• Optimize the product cloud platform to improve performance and scalability
• Produce and test code in sprint cycles
• Resolve issues

Must have:

• A graduate with a bachelor degree in computer science or similar field
• Minimum of 4/5 years development of Frontend apps
• Master of these frontend languages:
  • Angular 2.x or greater (knowledge on 6 and 7 versions is valued)
  • ECMAScript 5 or greater
  • HTML 5
  • CSS3
  • Sass
  • RxJS
• Familiarized with JSON/REST
• Knowledge of Git
• Working with Agile methodologies (ex. Scrum)
• Knowledge of the following tools:
  • Visual Studio Code
  • NPM
  • Yarn
  • Grunt
  • Gulp
  • NodeJs
• Building scalable and multi-language apps
• Understanding of what makes a great User Experience
• Fluency in English
• Working with slack

Good to have:

• Ionic
• Knowledge of the following libraries:
  • MomentJs
  • D3 Javascript
  • ASPNET Signal R
  • Compodoc
  • NG2 Dragula
• Webpack
• Image editing in Adobe Photoshop
