We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer for a project based in Lisbon.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Play a key role in setting our design guidelines
• Frontend web development using Vue.js or Angular
• Work with the appropriate tools provided (e.g. GitHub, JIRA, etc.)
• Work with any product owners to design and implement the best possible solution given the available resources and timeframes
• Work collaboratively with other scrum team members on projects
• Ensure you develop an industry awareness and understanding to help the company provide the level of service it desires
• Contribute fully to the Dash 2.0 project and share any knowledge, skills and ideas where they improve company process or performance
• Any other relevant tasks we may ask you to perform from time to time

  Requirements

• University degree in a computer related subject is desirable but not essential
• A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in a commercial development role with a desire to take a more pro-active role in defining the development function and its implementation
• Strong Vue.js development skills are essential
• Previous practical experience of User Interface design is essential
• Experience in the use of SQL databases (specifically MySQL) is highly desirable
• Laravel development skills are desirable but not essential
• Commercial experience in working as part of an Agile development team is highly desirable
• XPTO are ISO9001 and ISO27001 certified and any experience in these standards would be beneficial
• A working background in the domain name industry is desirable but not essential   
• The ability to work effectively in a team
• Strong written and verbal communication
• The ability to plan and organise your time effectively
