What you will be doing:

• Create and maintain state-of-the-art web applications
• Follow and improve code quality standards
• Perform technical assessment of mockups/wireframes and architectural designs/specifications to ensure the possibility of their implementation within a reasonable time
• Create and review software feature design documents and provide the solution
• Contribute ideas through your knowledge of evolving front-end technologies
• Be proactive in communication with team members and stakeholders
• Use industry best practices of development processes & tools, adopt and improve them
• Problem solver, solution creator, and part of an Agile team that will be developing innovative solutions.

What we are looking for:

• Knowledge of the JavaScript language [ES6/7/8/next, Typescript] as well as its eco-system and tooling
• Understanding of Core, Performance, and Security in JavaScript
• Experience in building and maintaining APIs to core platform features
• Flair for clean code, reusability, testability, and readability (SOLID, TDD, Design Patterns)
• The delivery flow cycle [branching strategy, reporting management, code guides and application, testing approaches, CI/CD, and release plan]
• Understanding of the DevOps mindset and experience with CI/CD set-up
• Understanding of Agile and Lean principles
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplined team where other team members have distinct but complementary skill sets
• Demonstrate flexibility and capacity to adapt to different environments and project challenges
• Good communication and influencing skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or similar.

What will be a plus:

• Familiarity with Microservices Architecture and AWS Cloud Architecture
• Practical knowledge of Node.js
• Experience with Atlassian Stack (Jira, Confluence).
