Job Description

• Participate in the development of a Web Application for mapping and cartography
• Conduct bug tracking and troubleshooting based on user feedback
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes, design graphic user interface elements
• Design, implement and test new mapping and cartography interfaces

Skills Profile:

• Experience with HTML
• Experience with JavaScript (ES6)
• Knowledge of CSS and CSS pre-processors (SASS)
• Working knowledge with React.js
• Knowledge of State Management libraries such as Redux
• Experience with Test-Driven Development and Unit Testing (Jest + Enzyme)
• Experience using Npm and/or Yarn
• Experience with Webpack
• Experience with version control tools (Git)

Other valuable Skills:

• Experience with web applications based on 2D & 3D Rendering (WebGL or WebGL-based frameworks)
• Knowledge of GIS concepts and/or experience working in GIS related applications
