Description

Main tasks and responsibilities:Be the first contact for all new Finance IT projects submitted (move to cloud for some applications, finance initiatives, …) and BAU topics;

• Pre study each potential Finance IT project according to finance scope (business requirement, stakes, priority, maturity, budget, planning, …);
• For each Finance IT project validated, as PM:o Monitor the design / build step (business requirement, solutions, architecture, security and compliance validations, budget, planning,…);
• Workshops animation /follow up meetings with SPOC / stakeholders;
• Identify and monitor the risks;
• Communication / change management.- For each Finance IT project validated, as CIO representative:o Check Monitoring on the design / build step is compliant to architecture, security and compliance more project methodology;
• Workshops animation /follow up meetings with PM and business;
• Connection with other streams project (Finance, Proc, HR, legal, treasury, architecture, security, compliance, data, …);
• Regular reporting;
• Business As Usual tasks :o On applications under direct CIO responsibility as Itesoft, Kyriba, … deliver quality service (Incidents, evolutions management, TOM, KPI, SLA, governance, budget);
• On applications under direct Products responsibility as Peoplesoft, Anaplan, check that quality service is delivered (TOM, KPI, SLA, governance, budget).Professional and Technical skills:Mandatory :o Expertise in Finance concerns (accounting for general and payables topics, controlling, costing, treasury);
• Expertise in identity and Finance tools (accounting, invoices digitalization) stakes, practices / deployment / using; 
• Expertise in project management (minimum of 5 years);
• Expertise in Finance tools BAU maintenance (minimum of 5 years).
