Noesis is looking for a candidate with the following profile:

Daily Activities:

• Diagnose and/or resolve anomalies related to various technological bases, particularly in the field of computer science (software and hardware) reported by local users;
• Support users in the use of computer equipment (printers, video conference rooms);
• Collaborate in the implementation of technological projects and new equipment;
• Supervise equipment and technologies to maintain process control standards, security, and product quality;
• Communicate with various stakeholders with diverse profiles (Management, Directors, Business, Engineering, etc.).

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field;
• Over 3 years of experience in Field Support (first-line user support on-site);
• Experience in diagnosing and/or resolving anomalies related to various technological bases, particularly in the field of computer science (software and hardware) reported by local users;
• Experience in Customer Support;
• Ability to understand various systems and equipment, their functionalities, and their integration within an ecosystem;
• Strong communication and teamwork skills;
• Proactive in proposing solutions to problems;
• Proactive in suggesting improvements to platforms and/or tools to facilitate day-to-day work;
• Ability to adapt communication to different stakeholders encountered on a daily basis (Management, Directors, Business, Engineering, etc.);
• Availability for on-call preventive maintenance;
• Speak Portuguese is mandatory.
