Qualifications

• + 2/3 years of experience in IT Field Support
• Proven experience in Windows OS environment support
• Experience with Unix OS is a plus
• Proven experience with O365
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Strong time management and organizational skills are needed to coordinate and plan your daily tasks accordingly
• English literacy
