Portuguese leader in its’ lane of business, our client is an eletronics retailer company who is looking for a Field Support Technician (m/f) to provide front-line user support.

If you can give us…

+3 years of first-line support experience;

Customer Support experience;

Ability to understand many different systems and equipment;

Good communication and teamwork skills;

Good understanding of information architecture;

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent is a plus;
